Fair refunds. Clear cancellations.
This policy explains refunds, cancellations, and billing support for paid Forge plans or services purchased from Nuviro Labs.
Business identity
Forge is a product by Nuviro Labs, Udyam Registration Number UDYAM-RJ-08-0134263. Registered office: 5-D-211, Jai Narayan Vyas Colony, Bikaner, Rajasthan 334003, India.
Cancellation
Customers may cancel future renewals from the billing flow when self-serve billing is available, or by emailing hello@nuvirolabs.com. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not automatically refund an active billing period.
Refund window
If a customer is charged in error, cannot access the product after payment, or was billed after a cancellation request, they can contact Nuviro Labs within 7 days of the charge. Eligible refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Non-refundable cases
Completed digital access periods, custom services already delivered, and misuse or policy violation cases may not be refundable unless required by law.
Processing time
Approved refunds are initiated within 5 to 7 business days. Bank, card, UPI, wallet, or payment-provider timelines may add additional processing time.
